I have worked at Beaconplus since 2016 and have completed both my Level 2 and 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
I currently work within the Energy section of the business and I am also on the report’s team. I am responsible for making sure all the supplier invoices are accurate and correct, before we prepare our yearly reports and invoices. I also regularly interact with our clients to answer their questions and investigate any of their queries. Although it can be challenging at times, it’s always fun to overcome all of the different problems that arise, plus it’s a great feeling to gain positive feedback from clients. I have recently become part of the Water section as well, so I deal with all of our client’s water queries and arrange water contracts.
Outside of work, I spend the majority of my time cooking and trying out all different kinds of recipes. Cooking is probably my favourite thing to do. However, I do like going out and seeing my friends at the weekend and I love going to different restaurants and trying new foods.
